In February 1926 Hans Wilsdorf obtained the registration of the trademark “The Tudor” and began producing watches that bore his signature on the dial. At the end of the Second World War, Hans Wilsdorf knows that the time has come to give impetus to the brand and to give it an identity of its own. On March 6, 1946, he founded the company “Montres TUDOR SA”, specialized in models for men and women. The technical, aesthetic and functional characteristics will be guaranteed by Rolex, as well as the distribution and after-sales service.
