The Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master embodies the privileged link between Rolex and the sailing world since the 1950s. Specially developed to meet the needs of boaters, it proves to be a watch that is both technical, elegant and sporty, but above all a useful and reliable instrument aboard a boat.

Graduated rotating bezel in relief

The Yacht-Master is instantly recognizable because of its bidirectional rotating graduated 60-minute bezel, made entirely of precious metal (Everose gold or platinum) or fitted with a black Cerachrom disc made of high-tech ceramic. Graduations and raised numerals with a glossy finish stand out against a matte background. The distinctive and functional bezel that allows a duration to be read, for example, the time between two buoys, fully contributes to the unique identity of this watch.

Exclusive materials

Rugged, precise and perfectly waterproof, the Yacht-Master is one of the few Professional Rolex watches offered in different diameters (37 mm, 40 mm and 42 mm).

The Yacht-Master 37 and Yacht-Master 40 are available as Rolesium (a combination of Oystersteel and platinum, exclusive to the Yacht-Master range) or as Rolesor Everose (a combination of Oystersteel and Everose gold) with a precious metal bezel and Oyster bracelet. Both models are also offered in 18k Everose gold with black ceramic Cerachrom bezel disc and Oysterflex bracelet.

The Yacht-Master 42 is available in 18k yellow or white gold with an Oysterflex bracelet, and in RLX titanium-an alloy known for its lightness and its qualities of resistance to deformation and corrosion-with an Oyster bracelet. This version, introduced in 2023, is distinguished by its marked technical satin finish.

Perpetual calibers 2236 and 3235

Yacht-Master models are equipped with caliber 2236 (Yacht-Master 37) or caliber 3235 (Yacht-Master 40 and Yacht-Master 42), self-winding mechanical movements entirely developed and produced by Rolex that guarantee high performance particularly in the areas of precision, autonomy, comfort of use and reliability. The power reserve of Caliber 2236 is about 55 hours, while that of Caliber 3235 is about 70 hours.

Superlative Chronometer Certification

Like all Rolex timepieces, the Yacht-Master boasts Superlative Chronometer certification. This title certifies that every watch that leaves the Brand's laboratories has successfully passed a series of tests conducted by Rolex in its laboratories according to its own criteria. Superlative Chronometer status is symbolized by a green seal, accompanied by a five-year international warranty.
